Terms & Conditions of Ryds GH.

Ryds GH is a web-based app; it communicates service requests to the service providers who have been registered as users of the Ryds GH system. The private limited company was founded in the Republic of Ghana, and is the holder of rights and service provider of the Ryds GH app.

USING THE Ryds GH APP
  • The use of the Ryds GHapp requires installation of the software and registration of a user account. During the installation of the Ryds GH app, the mobile number of the Ryds GHservice user is linked to the respective user account and added to the database.

  • When using the Ryds GHapp, the user can choose whether he/she wishes to pay in cash for the taxi service to the taxi driver or use the wallet, credit or debit card or mobile money payment.

  • If you cancel your intended service after 5 minutes the service user has to pay GHC 5.00 as a penalty fee. In the event that the rider cancels a ride within 5 minutes of requesting a service .then user does not have to pay the penalty fee.

  • Any complaints can be sent to our support team via email admin@rydsgh.com by sending a whatsapp message only our support line 0023312345678 or connecting via our various social media pages (available on workdays 08.30-17.30 GMT).

  • Ryds GH service users can pay for the taxi service with a credit /debit card payment, which requires the prior activation of the card data within the app and acceptance of Ryds GH’s terms and conditions.

  • Mobile money payments can be made by a user of the Ryds GH who has concluded a mobile payment agreement.

  • Ryds GH is responsible for the functioning of credit card payments and offers card owners support in solving problems. The resolution of credit / debit cards and mobile money payment related disputes also takes place through the support services of Ryds GH.

  • Inquiries submitted by e-mail will receive a response within one business day. Ryds GH will endeavour to resolve all card and mobile money payment related complaints and applications within three business days.

REQUESTING OR CANCELLING A SERVICE
  • Tap each ride option to see wait time, size, and price. Then enter your pickup location and tap request—your driver will arrive in minutes.

  • Your ride comes to you. You’ll see your driver’s contact information and vehicle details in the app, so you know you’re getting in the right car.

USE OF THE Ryds GH APP
  • Ryds GH is a mobile app enabling the persons requiring a specific service to find the service driver by sharing data on their geographic location.

  • In the unlikely event there are issue with the software, we shall endeavour to correct them as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that the functioning of the app may be restricted due to occasional technical errors and we are not able to guarantee unlimited faultless functioning of the app at all times. We shall also accept no liability for any losses incurred as a consequence of the Ryds GH app not functioning or not being usable in the desired manner.

  • If customer’s complaint a refund needs to be issued it would be done in accordance per issue resolution.

BY REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT WITH Ryds GH, THE USE AGREES TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS;
  • Ryds GH shall have the right to add the personal data of the app user to the Ryds GH database and to forward the personal data to service providers in accordance with Ryds GH’s Privacy Policy.

  • Ryds GH reserves the right to make unilateral amendments to the Terms and Conditions We shall notify the users of changes to Terms in the terms stated in the Privacy Policy.

  • Ryds GH reserves the right to send marketing messages and authentication codes through SMS messages.

  • Ryds GH shall make every effort to ensure that only drivers, who have integrity and are respectful of their profession and customers, use the Ryds GH app. However, we are in no position to guarantee that every provider of services, located via the Ryds GH app, satisfies the criteria always. If you experience objectionable taxi service, please notify our support team.

  • Ryds GH has the right to void any discount codes and block rider accounts if it suspects any fraudulent activities and charge the rider for the damages caused.

  • Ryds GH reserves the right to void any discount codes and block rider accounts if there is suspicion of any fraudulent activities and charge the service user for any damages incurred.

FEEDBACK POLICY

We appreciate your feedback. As always, we love hearing from you. As Ryds GH respects your rights to your ideas, please do not submit any confidential ideas, information, or suggestions in any form to Ryds GH or any of its affiliates. For any ideas, information, or suggestions you do submit, regardless of what your communication regarding your submissions says, you understand that your submissions are voluntary and the following terms shall apply to your submissions:

You agree that:

  • Your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Ryds GH, without any compensation to you;

  • Ryds GH has no obligation to review your submissions;

  • Ryds GH may implement and distribute any portion of your submissions and their contents for any purpose in any way, without any compensation to you; and

  • Ryds GH has no obligation to keep your submissions confidential.

Ryds GH Non-Discrimination Policy
  • Ryds GH seeks to ensure that safe, reliable, and high-quality transportation options are available to everyone. Ryds GH and its affiliates therefore prohibit discrimination against riders or drivers based on race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, sex, marital status, gender identity, age or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal or state law. Such discrimination includes, but is not limited to, refusing to provide or accept services based on any of these characteristics. Any rider or driver found to have violated this prohibition will lose access to the Ryds GH platform.
